The program has been conducted for 60 male, and female participant conducted in masjid e Sajadiya in Sar e Kariz. Based on agenda, the program has been started. In the first session we have provided information about the history, democracy, election, human smuggling,  and sexual abuse.. Participants have shared their views which are pointed out in the below:

• Democracy should be promoted to let the public know about it,
• We need to get informed about the election, and candidates before voting day,
• The officials are corrupted heavily,
• Human smuggling is a big problem in Afghanistan,
• Sexual abuse is annoyed women in the country.

In the second day we have conducted the social dialogue through which the people have shared their problems which are listed below:

• Lack of proper roads and streets,
• Lack of security in the district,
• Lack of electricity,
• Lack of residence cooperation in cleaning the water canals and lakes,

Lack of drinking, has been recognized as the main problem.

Directorate of water management was recognized responsible to solve the problem. Participants have promised to help the directorate to solve the problem. In the end, an advocacy group of two members have been formed to follow up the problem.
