The program has conducted on August 28 from three zones and districts of Kabul (Kalakan, Guldara, and Paghman districts, 3^rd, 13^th and 18^th zones) that include 65 people, 31 men and 34 women. The program was started by reading of Holy Quran by Haj Mohammad Rahim Malek. Participants and guests of the program were introduced to each other. Zahra Sepehr director of the organization had a speech to clarify the concept of community dialogue. Also, meaning of litigation was cleared and described. First, the main problems of the zones and districts presented by Jamila Azizi manager of the project. Then, participants divided to three groups and try to find ways to solve the main problems. Each group’s representatives share their works and ideas. At the end of the program, representative of Ministry of Development and Rural Affairs, Municipality representative have talked and were grateful for holding this program and promised to cooperate to solve the bulleted problems. The program has ended by Zahra Sepehr’s speech.

The problem of Urban Services

A: Increasing of Rubbish

Solution: increasing of facilities and equipment for collecting of the rubbish via Kabul municipality.

B: Lack of drinkable water

Solution: avoid wasting water, digging deep wells, meet up with minister of ministry of development and rural affairs.

C: Lack of proper roads

Solution: meet the authorities of the municipality and more attention of this institution for building of public roads.
