Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program at Shakar Dara District, Deh Solaiman Village,
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Emphasizing of participants:
1- Election is a pillar; all people who meet the conditions should participate.
2- Islam Says to have council for sharing things and solving problems and finding solutions for problems.
3- We are not fully aware of Human rights.
4- We have been hopeless from our government
5- Civic society Organization done job at our village which was useful for us.
DSAWCO team responded to them as below:
1- If we want to select a loyal person we have to fully participate in elections.
2- Council is very important and it solves many problems, it is great you already have formed one.
3- Human right is the right all human being have equally, and we all should be aware of our own rights.
4- if we think it is the people who make their country so we have to change our destiny.
5- it is the civic society organization job to help the people in order to have better life.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Shakar Dara District, Deh Solaiman Village. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Lack of Electricity.
2- Lack of Drinking Water.
3- Establishment of agriculture courses for formers
4- Establishment of Educational courses for women.
5- Cleaning canal and
From above mentioned problems lack of Electricity has been selected as their main problem and they have said that the people of village are ready to cooperate with government to provide them electricity.
DSAWCO team has selected their five active members for advocacy group. They have written the petition to Bereshna Directorate to solve their problems.
