The first session of the program was conducted in Pishta village mosques. 30 people including the influential villagers, and members of local council were participated in the program.

Based on Agenda, the participants discussed about the Afghanistan history, democracy, and the government. Most of participant has serious concern about the increasing level of corruption in governmental departments. According to the participant, they can not process their legal formalities without giving bribe.

The following session, we have provided information about the parliament, legal procedure, judiciary system, human rights, and civil society. Participant had complaints about the lack of good governance, and corruption in judiciary system. They criticized the performance of parliament in terms of representing their communities.

In the second day, we had a productive dialogue about finding the five main community problems. Participants pointed out the following issues as the most serious community problems:

• Lack of proper place for garbage
• Lack of proper irrigation canals, and roads,
• Lack of sport clubs,
• Lack of cold storages in the district,
• Lack of serial seeds,
• Lack of professional teachers and proper buildings for schools,
• Increasing level of unemployment
• Lack of agricultural professionals,
• Lack of water damn,
• Lack of female schools,
• Lack of slaoons of Fatiha for women,
• Lack of library in Paghman
• Poor performance of medical center in terms of providing medical services

Among the problems, we have summarized the top five problems to be addressed:

• lack of proper place for garbage,
• lack of proper irrigation canals and roads
• lack of saloons of Fatiha for women,
• Poor performance of medical center,
• Lack of proper school buildings, and professional teachers.
