The program held in 2nd part of khuja mosafer, Paghman District,
The program has been started as per agenda, the trainee explained below titles for participants
1- Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society.
Their five main problems are noted as below:
1- They are not having local council, should formulate it.
2- patriarchy govern in the country
3- Executive power has not done any service to the people
4- Corruption is increasing inside government each day.
5- The human rights is only for women

The DSAWCO team advised them to:
a- Please formulate a council as soon as possible to solve the problems sooner.
b- The people should come together and defend from your own rights.
c- The executive power has its own problems and there are hopes to be better soon.
d- People should cooperate with government and should not pay bribery
e- Human right is for very one and it focused a lot on women as they are facing many problems

The Community Dialogue which is held in 2nd part of  Khuja Mosafer  village of Paghman district, they have discussed about their problems, they have presented many problems, their five main problems are:
1- Lack of Drinking water
2- Lack of Schools
3- Reconstruction of Mosque
4- Roads and furrows
5- Lack of health clinic
Their main problem was reconstruction of Mosque, mosque should be bigger that they should held their programs there, they have told that Ministry of Rehabilitation and Development and Ministry of Hajj and Islamic Affairs are responsible, as the people are poor only could help physically

DSAWCO has formulated advocacy group for them and  cooperate with them to connect them with related institutes to solve their problems

A petition was written by advocacy group about their problem and signed by all participants to submit it to Ministry of Rehabilitation & Development and Ministry of Hajj and Islamic Affairs.
