Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program Parachi of Paghman District.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
A woman was emphasizing on human right, she was saying that before we understood human right something els and now we understood the real meaning of human rights.  and another woman was saying that still we were unaware that we have such right in the society and country.  a girl has talked about the problems of girls marriage and she has told that still they did not know the real age to marry. And a woman has expressed her idea about democracy, she thought democracy is freedom but now she got what is democracy. Another woman has told that she realize that he thinking has been brighten and she would participate in future programs to get  brighter mind,
At the conclustion of the program DSAWCO team expressed for participants to start changes from your self to build the country, we have to accept the law and do accordingly, and should be accurate in our selection and explained them participation to any election is essential and important for each of us.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Arghandi payeen village of Paghman district. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- No dustbin – that is why our area is getting  dirtier
2- No drinking water- all the land of our area is rock
3- No roads – it creates many problems specially in winter for us
4- No educational centers for children and girls – there children remain uneducated
5- Their school has no surrounded walls – that cased the land of school has been Confiscation by other powerful people.
The most important problem Parachi village of Paghman district is named no dustbin and exact place for it, all participants asked to select an exact place for dustbin, more dustbin will make palpation and will dirty the water and weather of their residents area, they suggested if any private company take away their rubbish from exact place against payment, they would help them.
DSAWCO has selected their active members for  their advocacy group and have promised them to cooperate with them as far as their ability, will introduce them to responsible institutions to solve their problems, at the end a petition was written about the mentioned problem , all participants signed it
