Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program in Kabul Province, Merbachakoot District, Chaila Bagh Village.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Participants Emphasized on below subjects:
1- Vote and voting is the right of every citizen, Afghans, Men and Women.
2- Government should be aware about the living situation of people and should do their responsibility toward people.
3- The main problem women face is lack of education, the government should take serious actions in this regard.
4- Women also should be responsible and its solution is education.
5- Government should have programs for women capacity building, that women could be able to solve their problems themselves.
At the conclusions of the program DSAWCO team expressed for participants that for institutionalization of democracy in the country, all residents of village should cooperate with government. It means that we have to bring attention of authorities to hear our problems, should have coordination with elder of village and together have to work for solving problems of our village.
Always have to be in contact and coordinate with District Governor and responsible authorities.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held in Kabul province, Merbachakoot District, Chaila Bagh Village. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Lack of Electricity, it made a lot of problem for the residents of this area
2- Lack of Schools, it caused the children and young generation of this area be un educated.
3- Lack of drinking water, it caused different sickness in this area
4- Streets are not good, it cause problems for residents in winter
5- Lack of educational center, this has caused backwardness of women in the village.
The most important problem of Merbachakoot  named lack of Electricity, at first step elder of village (malik) has been responsible as his negation on this regard, people have suggested from government and Breshna Company  and Elder of the village  to solve this problem and people will cooperate with them.

DSAWCO has selected their active members for  their advocacy group and according to their problem they are addressed
