Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program Tameerat village of Merbachakoot District.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Emphasizing of participants:
1-  woman has said that democracy means equal rights of men and women and democracy means freedom.
2- Women should participate in election and should contribute.
3- Women should stand and fight for their rights.
4- Women should increase their awareness for their civilization.
5- Government should work for increasing awareness of uneducated women.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Tameerat village of Merbachakoot District. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- No dustbin – that is why it caused a lot of sickness
2- No drinking water- it creates a lot of problem
3- Lack of Madrasa (religious school) and Kindergarten- – it caused that women should not know anything about Quran and religious issues and children goes to street instead of Madrasa.
4- Lack of institutes – it caused that graduated girls cannot continue their education.
5- Lack of school curriculum – it caused children face a lot of problems while studding
The most important problem of Tameerat village of Merbachakoot is no dustbin and place for collecting dust, women wanted Municipality to pay attention to this problem and first should clean and collect the dust from their roads, and should install dustbin in exact locations and Municipality can empty and clean them weekly.
DSAWCO has established advocacy group for solving their problems, related to this issue wrote petition to district governor office and advocacy group has been responsible to follow up of this petition
