The program has been conducted for 30 male participant hosted by DSAWCO in Mashkawani village mosque of Shakar Dara district. In the first session we have provided presentation about the history, democracy, judiciary system, and legislation procedure. Participant emphasized on Islamic democracy

• Democracy values exist within Islamic belief,
• Counseling is important in public decision making which is an Islamic belief,
• We are not satisfied of government services. Government did not do anything for us,
• Human rights is not a good value, as it gives more freedom for women, what we do not like,

In the second day, we had social dialogue to recognize the social problems of the villagers: we have recognized 8 major problems as following:

• Lack of proper roads and streets,
• Lack of religious madrasah,
• Lack of teachers in village schools
• Lack of electricity,
• Lack of Female Fatiha Saloon,
• Lack of occupational training centers (Tailoring and Handicrafts)
• Lack of clinics
• Unemployment
• Lack of proper water canals
• Lack of gymnasium
• Lack of improved agricultural seeds

We have narrowed down the problems into 5 major:

• lack of clinic,
• lack of agricultural seeds
• lack of proper roads
• lack of electricity
• unemployment

Lack of clinic has been selected as the big problem in the village.

In the end, we have made an advocacy group of two people to follow up the issue with the ministry of public health
