The program has been conducted for 30 male participant hosted by DSAWCO in vilage’s mosque. Based on agenda, the program has been started. In the first session we have provided information about the history, democracy, parliament/legislation procedure, executive power, and judiciary power. Participant shared their views which are pointed out in the below:

• We believe that democracy is somehow similar to dictatorship,
• We have voted to the MPs but they become corrupt,
• There is not law enforcement in the context of the villages, every powerful people have their own government,
• We lost the believe and hope to from government,
• We are fully satisfied of civil society which is working for the interest of people.

In the second day we have conducted the social dialogue through which the people have shared their problems which are listed below:

• Lack of high schools,
• Lack of electricity,
• Lack of health care clinics,
• Lack of proper roads and streets,
• Unemployment,
• Lack of improved seeds to improve the agricultural products,
• Increasing number of addicted people in the village,
• Lack of proper water canals and irrigation system,
• Lack of drinking water.

The top five problems listed as the main problems of the villagers:

• Lack of electricity,
• Lack of drinking water,
• Lack of proper water canals and irrigation system,

Lack of proper water canals and irrigation system, has been recognized as the main problem.

Ministry of rural rehabilitation and development was recognized responsible to solve the problem. Residents have promised to cooperate with the ministry to solve the issue. In the end, an advocacy group have been formed to follow up the problem.
