Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program at Merbachakoot District, Quchqari Village
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Participants has emphasized on below subjects:
1- Democracy is experiencing its first steps in Afghanistan, like Parliament
2- There is no good governance, too much corruption is going on, we have to expel and terminate corrupt persons from government.
3- We (elder) have voted with the deference of personalization, our youth generation should not repeat this mistake, should vote qualified person.
4- We have not reached our own rights that we have.
5- Civic society done good jobs hope they continue it
DSAWCO team have responded to their question and suggested them:

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Merbachakoot district, Quchqari village . Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Establishment of teacher training.
2- Construct building for secondary and primary school at district level.
3- Create rules and spices Agriculture Department to monitor importing of good qualities of agriculture goods.
4- Create markets for the production and marketing of agricultural commodities.
5- Lack of standard sports ground at district level.

Their main problem has been declared creation of rules and spices agriculture Department for monitoring of importing good qualities of Fertilizer.  They said ministry of Agriculture is responsible. And they promised to provide land for government to establish their Management of office for monitoring
DSAWCO team has chosen five of them as advocacy group to share the problem with their council office and write a petition and follow it up
