Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program at Shakar dara district, Nasiry Village.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Participants has emphasized on below subjects:
1- There is no democracy in Afghanistan but here is power is rolling.
2- In election people could not vote freely because the voting sides were unsecure.
3- There is much corruption In judicial power, people has to pay to do their paper work done.
4- Human right is good in case  it is implemented correctly
5- It is so good that there is civil society that gives awareness to people.
Respond of DSAWCO team to questions of participants and their idea for solution of problems.
1- This is reality of society that powerful people govern in different parts of country, but we are hopeful for future of the country.
2- Providing security is the first job to be done by Government that people could vote freely.
3- There is corruption in judicial system, government and attorney will do serious jobs to remove off the corruption.
4- There are all matters relating to human in human rights if it is implemented accordingly.
5- Civil society tries to do things for satisfaction of people.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held Shakar Dara District, Nasiry  Village. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Lack of water for Agriculture and agro-enterprises.
2- Bad streets and roads
3- Lack of health clinic.
4- Lack of female teacher for female students.
5- Lack of animal health clinic
Their main problem has been lack of health clinic, people of the village said that building for health clinic is ready to use government should issue its operating license. To introduce good doctors.
DSQAWC team selected five of participants for advocacy, wrote petition to Ministry of Health Public to put them in complete picture.
