Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program at Shakar Dara District, Ghaza Payeen Village.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Emphasizing of participants:
1- Democracy is freedom for every person
2- We have participated in election but our right was not given
3- There is too much corruption in government offices
4- There has been discussed from human rights but we did not benefit from it
5- We thanks from Civic society who held these programs
DSAWCO team responds for the participants
1- It is right that democracy is freedom for everyone.
2- In future in election you should vote to person you know him or her should have information aout the person you vote.
3- Yes there is corruption in government offices should fight against it.
4- Programs should be held that man and woman should be aware of their rights
5- it is the job of civic society organizations to work for betterment of their people life’s

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Shakar Dara District, Ghaza payeen Village. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Lack of Electricity
2- Lack of Drinking water
3- Lack of high school at village level
4- Lack of expert doctors at clinics
5- Lack of educational courses
People suggested solutions for their problems
1- the main problem this village is lack of high schools for students specially girls, after completation of their primary school they can not continue their education, Elder of this village suggest that we have land for school government shuild build school for our children.
DSAWCO team select five of them as a advocacy group and promised them to cooperate with them until they have shool, the advocacy team wrote petition to responsible institution and will follow up it.
