Based on the chapter provided by Counterpart International, nine Subjects have been discussed as below at Qala e wahed:
1- Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society.
Mostly participants of Qala e Wahed have talked and questioned about Legislative power, example parliament is not representing properly from their people only they think of themselves.

At community Dialogue of Qala E Wahed of District 5, participants discussed main problems of their districts that are as below:
environment problem
–     lack of Entertainment venues for family
– Lack of access to clean water
– lack of enough school
– lack of health clinic
As per their idea Ministry of Education and local council have been appointed effective for solving their problems,
Suggestions:
They have suggested that ministry of Education can survey their area and should apply for building schools the local
