The program has started in Eisa khan village mosque. 30 male were participated in the event. Based on agenda, we have provided information about democracy, legal institutions, and government. The participant also shared their views about the topic.  Their view are pointed out in the below:

• Democracy principles is rarely considered in election and governance,
• Judiciary system is so much corrupt, so we are not satisfied with its performance.

We have also presented an informative package about the freedom of speech and democracy. Some of the participants were disturbed the programs as they were doubtful about the program. Finally we have solved the issue with the help of head of village council.

In the second day of our program, we have discussed about the community problems which is summarized in the below:

• Lack of clinic,
• Lack of proper roads,
• Lack of literacy courses,
• Lack of schools,
• Lack of drinking water
• Lack of sport facilities,
• Security issues,
• Lack of dustbins,
• Lack of improved seeds and agricultural materials
• Lack of mullah imam,
• Lack of Fatiha Saloon for women,
• Unemployment,

We have evaluated the problems, and selected top five as following:

• Lack of clinic,
• Lack of proper roads,
• Lack of literacy courses,
• Lack of schools,
• Lack of drinking water

Healthcare is the main problem for the villagers. To follow up the issue, we have made an advocacy team.
