The program held in Orya Khail area of Paghman District, 20 persons participated all were male they were between 18 to 30, to 45.
The program has been started as per agenda, the trainee explained below titles for participants
1- Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society.
And participants discussed about Human Traffic, they have told that due to Low levels of literacy of people get involved to this problem.

In 2nd day of the program Community dialogue has been held, participants has discussed 15 problems with each other and they have confirmed their main problems as below:
1- Lack of schools. 2- Lack of Health Clinic. 3- Lack of Drinking water. 4- no portable walls for their village river. 5- No Antenna at any area of their Village, from mentioned manin problems they have selected Lack of Health clinic as their most needed things in their village, that they had explanation and question in this regard, and they have said that Ministry of Public Health Localal and international NGOs, and Districts offices are the organization who are effective for solving these problems, at the conclusion of the program they have selected five of their friends for Advocacy Group.
