The program held in Betoot village of Paghman District, 26 persons participated all were male they were between 18 to 30, to 45.
The program has been started as per agenda, the trainee explained below titles for participants
1- Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society.
The people of this village was emphasizing about public awareness about good governance, they believed that National Unity Government has a lot of problems and the NUG leaders never gave time to the people and never achieved people’s trust. And they are very weak in a good governance.

The Community Dialogue which is held in betoot village of Paghman district, they have discussed about their problems, they have presented many problems, their five main problems are: 1- Lack of Educational Centers. 2- An Employment and poverty. 3- Lack of employment opportunities for girls. 4- Lack of drinking water. 5- Bad Streets
Their most important problem is selected lack of drinking water,
They have told that no one is responsible for this issue, the lack of drinking water depends on lack of snow and rain which did not happen in last few years and created this problem.
The people and elder of Betoot village government and responsible institution are effective in solving this issue, at the end  of program five of active participants has been selected as advocacy team.
A petition was written by advocacy group in regard of lack of drinking water and DSAWCO has submitted their petition with official letter to related organ.
