Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program in Arghandi payeen village of Paghman District.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Participants has shared their experience about elections, Human right and democracy, they have told that in 15 years government was not able to experience democracy ( government of people for people) people have voted for  this governments but they have played with their votes  and never acted what they have promised, still the people live in disaster.
At the conclusion participants were happy for holding such programs and they have promised to be cooperative for solving their problems with institutions and officials.

According to our project master plan and agenda, Community Dialogue has been held at Arghandi payeen village of Paghman district. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Lack of drinking water
2- Lack of girls schools
3- Lack of security
4- Lack of health clinic
5- Bad streets and roads
The most important problem of Arghandi payeen has been declared bad streets and roads and the residents of this area have promised that they will not hesitate from any cooperation with partner institutions
DSAWCO have selected five of participants for their advocacy group to follow up their problems with the cooperation of our institution with responsible officials. And DSAWCO and their advocacy group will together advocacy for their problems .
