Civic education and Community dialogue 9

Based on master plan of counterpart international project in 2016 DSAWCO could implement successfully its civic education program in Karezag  village of Paghman District.
At the beginning 9 main subjects : 1-Brief History of Afghanistan, 2- Democracy, 3- Legislative power 4- Executive power 5- Judiciary power 6- Counter Trafficking in person, 7-Human Rights 8-Election, 9-Civic Society has been expressed.
Mostly participants have talked on human rights, Democracy, Good governance, civic society.
1- One of the participants has said that the subjects have been thought in the training we have we understand that each individual man or woman has an impact on determination and everyone should participate actively.
2- Other participants said up to now what we understood from democracy was that what anyone wanted would do it, and we were against democracy but now we have understood the real democracy and it is so effective in our life,
3- Other participants said that yet we were thinking that CSOs are working for their benefits but now we have understood that democracy without cooperation of CSOs is impossible.
4- Other participants has said what we understood from human right  that women should have authority on men and we were against it, but now we have understand the real meaning of human rights and it means everyone should have their own rights and could defend from his/her own rights
5- One of the youth female has said that our family does not permit to continue our education and now we have understand that getting education is one of our rights hope with the cooperation of government we could defend from our right.
Our working team has expressed that we people of the community are the key of every work without our participants government cannot be established or formed so we should be careful in our selection. And should have active participation.

According to our project master plan and agenda,  Community Dialogue has been held at Karezag village of Paghman district. Participants discussed their main problems of their village.
Their main five problems have been listed as bellows:
1- Un employment after school graduation
2- Educational courses for uneducated women
3- Lack of Specialist doctors  and medicine and laboratory in clinics
4- Increasing number of addiction, Failure to prevent the spread of drugs
5- Increasing no of widows and their un employment
The most impotant problem was listed increasing no of widows and their unemployment the suggestion of the residents of this village are: if any factory establishment or any other company seek employee will coordinate and cooperate to give priority to them,
Our institution has made and advocacy group that has five members from participants to discuss and solve the problems with responsible institutions and officials.
