First District level dialogue has been held on 28 August 2016, there were 30 participants (25 female and 5 male) from district 13th and District 6th, the program started as per agenda ,
At the beginning of the DLD three representatives from 3 area:  Sarkarez  of district 6th ( talked about sexual abuse of children), Sarkarez Abul Fazl of District 6th (talked about traffic) , Qala e now of District 13th (talked about Environmental pollution) spoke about their most important problems  in the following ENG Farhad Policy manager of District 13th municipality office talked about incrementalist  of addictions and should know the main cause of of its incrementalist and he added that we ourselves  should solve this problem, then General Hafiz Head of district 6th Police Station spoke , he asked the people to contact onetime regard any security problem to solve the problem easily and soon, and he explained what he has done during this one month that he is appointed as head of police station of District 6th, than Mr Ahmad Shah Estanekzai Director of Dehkada e sulh had speech about an employment and how to find job and he has promised interested participants to held them workshops how to find job and other different issues.
Participants has been hopeful to solve their problems by each other’s help  at the end of the program they have listed five main problems as below:
1- An Employment
2- Lack of Security
3- Lack of health clinic for mothers and children
4- Addictions of youth
5- Hypothyroidism of Municipality
At the conclusion of the program every district has written petition to the related office and the advocacy group has signed and thumbed on this petition
