District Level Dialogue has been held on 30th August 2016, the participants were 18 persons from district 5th and 6th, at the beginning of the program two speakers have talked on behalf of residents of Bahadurkhan of district 6th and  Qala e wahed of district 5th About their most important problem. In the following Miss Najya Karokhail Adviser of Minister of rehabilitation and development have talked about the problem of these areas and she has belonged all problems to other institutions.
The has been good spirit between the participants  all of them have been hopeful to sole their problems by the help of each other and coordination of government and other institutions at the end five their main problems has been clarified as below:
1- Lack of water distribution network
2- Lack of health clinic
3- Environmental pollution
4- Hypothyroidism of Municipality
5- Lack of security
