Fourth District Level Dialogue has been held on 28th of Sep 2016 from 3 area ( Parachi, Betoot, Karezag) there were 20 female participants.
At the beginning the representatives of these 3 area have talked about their main problems that Nelofar Ebrahim Khail head of women council of parachi of paghman talked and she has told that main problem of parachi is lack of place for dustbin and dustbin , miss Sorya from betoot area told that their problem is lack of water and also she has named  women unemployment than 2nd main problem. In this program good spirit has been made between participants, they believed that with each other coordination and with the help of Government they could solve their problems.
At the end of the program 5 main and joined problems has been noted as below:
1-  Lack of Islamic madrasa
2- Lack of drinking water
3- Lack of technical courses
4- Unemployment of women and lack of work for them
5- lack of work for school graduation and no facility to continue their education after school
