This program has been held at DSAWCO Office there were 20 participants that five of them were Ulama, the program implemented as per agenda.
In this program Ulama explained and given information as below:
1- Mr Baba jan Saighani said that giving no rights for women has been Institutionalized which is very bad, women could do business and work to be respected in society and our society does not know much about women rights.
2- One of Ulama has saif that women cannot be police or judge.
Than it was participants turn, they had their question like:
Why women cannot be police as they make half of population of the community?
In the answer one of Ulama responded that women is week physically and cannot be judge because their human emotion is a lot, Mr Hassani added that women can put condition to work when they are getting married. At the end Ulama had sugestions:
1- Women work at home and men work out of home both should have equal living rights.
2- There should be established  a joined advocacy group from Civic society and Ulama of Ministry of Islamic affairs.
3- Community dialogue should be held between Ulama and Scientists at provincial level.
At the end ulama said that we defend and support from women rights
