Based on the ACEP project work plan and to continue civic education programs and community dialogues the Development and Support of Afghan Women and Children Organization has conducted the Litigation group meeting on August 29, 2018. In this meeting five representative from Goldara and Paghman dis and 13^th zone have participated. First the purpose of forming this group was described to the participants then participants worked on the problems and their solutions and deliver a work plan. Due to this work plan, for solving the problem of lack of drinkable water in districts especially in 13^th dis, Kabul the minister of Ministry of Development and rural affairs should be met. Also for solving other problems such as: lack of proper roads, lack of place for rubbish, and lack of equipment for transferring the rubbish Municipal authorities must be met

At the end members of the advocacy group have promised to follow problems until they reach the final result.
