According to the project plan of ACEP and civil education and social dialogue program of DAWSCO, team have conducted a meeting with six member of advocacy group to make a working plan to address the 3 main problem of Paghman district including lack of reasonable area for dust bins. The advocacy group had suggested that all 3 villages should collect money for buying the dust bins, cement, and stone. A small amount of money has been collected to buy cement and stone for building the dust bin in Dara e Zargar area. Construction of dust bin has been started in 22, Aug, 2017. The construction project has been inaugurated by Paghman district governor. Paghman district governor instructed the municipality, and district development council to monitor the daily progress of the dust bin construction. He also promised financial contribution to the project.
