Based on ACEP project’s working plan, DAWSCO implemented second advocacy activity in provincial level in Kabul in September-19-2017 With 25 people, who are member of advocacy group of this district level, have participated in the activity.
These people were selected by participants of district level dialogue as advocacy group members to make action plan for identified challenges and follow up them.
The most important second challenge in provincial level was increasing garbage in all of province and lack of cooperation of public people with municipality.
Advocacy group team had volunteer activity to collect garbage from district 1 of Kabul city. That place is near of municipality and the goal of this activity was Encouraging people to support this section of municipality and promotion of people role in better life.

Municipal authorities were welcomed of this work and people that saw this activity, also were happy and started cooperation with advocacy team.
