The program has conducted on September 4 from three zones and districts of Kabul (Kalakan, Guldara, districts, 3^rd, 13^th and 18^th zones) that include 65 people, 49 men and 22 women. The program was started by reading of Holy Quran by Farzad Anvari. Participants and guests of the program were introduced to each other. Zahra Sepehr director of the organization had a speech to clarify the concept of community dialogue. Also, meaning of litigation was cleared and described. First, the main problems of the zones and districts presented by Jamila Azizi manager of the project. Then, participants divided to three groups and try to find ways to solve the main problems. Each group’s representatives share their works and ideas. At the end of the program, representative of Ministry of Public Health has talked and was thankful for holding this program and he promised to cooperate to solve the bulleted problems. The program has ended by Zahra Sepehr’s speech.

 Health problem

A: Lack of Clinic

Solution: for solving this problem the authorities of the Ministry of Public Health should be met.

B: Lack of Ambulance and Medicine

Solution: Have meeting with some investors for financial assistance for Ambulance and medicine preparation.

C: Lack of Doctor Specialist

Solution: meet the authorities of Ministry of Public Health for controlling and checking the hospitals and more attention for increasing the Doctors especially female doctors.
