The program has been conducted for 30 female participant in the Qala e Wahid area of district 5. Based on agenda. In the first session we have provided information about the history, democracy, election, human smuggling issue, and sexual abuse. Participants have shared their views about the government as pointed out below:

• Democracy principle should be practically implemented in Afghanistan,
• we have never had a transparent election in Afghanistan,
• Government should to draft a law for the human smuggling to decrease the human smuggling issue,
• People also should work on how to prevent the sexual abuse issue to eradicated it from our country,

In the second day we have conducted the social dialogue through which the people have shared their problems which are listed below:

• Increasing level of dusts,
• Increase of sexual abuse in the streets,
• Lack of schools,
• Lack of job opportunities for women,
• lack of drinking water,

Lack of drinking water has been recognized as the main problem.

Ministry of energy and water was recognized responsible to solve the problem. Participants said that the ministry does not care about our problem, and did not do anything to solve the issue. In the end, an advocacy group have been made to follow up the problem.
