Based on Activity plan of ACEP project and to following programs of Civic Education and Community Dialogue, DSAWCO hold its advocacy meeting at provincial level on 1st Dec 2016 the participants were from 3 Districts ( Shakardara, Merbachakoot and Paghman) and  Districts of 5th, 6th 13th of Kabul city.
In this meeting from each district 2-3 persons participated, at the beginning the reason of formulation of advocacy group has been described and participants discussed their future activities and plan.
One of five main and common problems has been identified which is lack of drinking water (most areas of mentioned district face lack of drinking water), With consensus of all group have written petition to Ministry of Urban development and Directorate of Kabul water supply, and they have chosen their group leader Mr Malik Zaher and he was obliged to submit the petition letter to mentioned Departments, and share the progress of the work, while needed the group will come together until they solve the problems. After solving its first and main problem they will go ahead to find solution for other problems of their groups and areas and DSAWCO will cooperate with them.
